We are a federation of 1,228 organisations from 132 countries across the globe, and this is your chance to join us.
Becoming a member of ILGA will allow you to have a say in shaping the life and the work of a worldwide federation of organisations committed to equal human rights for LGBTI persons.
It will also give you the opportunity to raise awareness of LGBTI human rights violations in international fora, including the United Nations, where ILGA will have the opportunity to speak on your behalf.
There are two types of ILGA memberships: full membership is open to lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or intersex non-profit organisations, while associate membership is open to any other association. All members must support the aims of ILGA.
The executive board of ILGA will review your application during its next meeting, and our secretariat will get in touch with you shortly after that.
Organisations located in countries listed as high-income economies by the World Bank are asked to pay EUR 150. The organisations located in other countries than the ones listed there are asked to pay EUR 30.
Larger organizations with annual budgets over EUR 200,000 are encouraged to pay EUR 300 per year, wherever they may be based.
Organisations registered as associate members are required to pay EUR 300.
